Cancellations
We request the courtesy of a 24 hour, in advance, cancellation
notice
for all services. We reserve the right to charge for any appointment not kept
or cancelled within 24 hours.
Late Arrivals
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled
service
times and will be responsible for the full service fee. In some cases,
rescheduling
your appointment may be necessary.
Your Appointment
To ensure you receive the full length of your service, we suggest
that you
arrive at least 10 minutes before. Paperwork for first-time clients
is required
during this time.
Cell Phones and Pagers
To help us create a relaxing atmosphere and for the consideration
for all of our salon and spa guests, please turn all cell phones and pagers
to
low or vibrate.
In order to comply with Delaware's Clean Air Act, our salon is smoke-free.
